See GOOD, Be GOOD!

Today was a special day at Real Church in Hamtramck! It was the first time we have combined our NightLight (Saturday) and Awakening (Sunday) services together – and WOW, it was SO packed! It is also the LAST time that we will combine them in Hamtramck because NEXT Sunday we launch our 2nd campus in midtown DETROIT!

It’s been such a crazy few weeks (months) leading up to this next step. FAITH rocks! And, now, we have an amazing place to start our midtown journey – check it out: HOPE (did you click it?) … whoa, it’s so beautiful!

Our theme this year is simple: See Good, Be Good. Check out the chart to the right – can you find the theme in there? How about the abbreviation ‘CBG‘?! The point is, IF you look for good – you’ll see it! And friends, here’s the fact: GOD IS GOOD! When you see HIM in anything and everything, you’ll be encouraged to step up and LIVE His LOVE… ooooh, that’s GOOD!

2010 is just another number – but you’re not. YOU can make a difference. In fact, that’s why you were created! Jump into God’s Word every morning. Spend daily time praying and then obeying! Look past your issues, needs and selfishness and SEE GOOD … then, BE GOOD!

Too simple? GREAT! Then it shouldn’t be a problem! Right?!

    Great message today. I’m so excited to remember that the impact we leave will outlive us – when we see God in every situation and be good!

    The people in Leah’s lineage absolutely blew my mind. I love that God’s purposes for me are never just for me. I want to leave a legacy like hers.
